Notes Praise be to God alone. His Excellency the Grand Comptroller. I have the utmost honor to extend to you my special congratulations and on behalf of these distinguished gentlemen who are present before you to be represented by the inhabitants of this happy city. On the occasion of the opening of the New Year, His Excellency the Comptroller, we bid farewell to the departed year, and most tongues are wet with its praise for the outstanding works that have been accomplished in its past, which will result in the loss of comfort. The great French state has carried out great deeds during its breach, remember and be grateful for what Yazid is proof of the adherence of its noble people to the love of tranquility, the happiness of the peoples, and the service of the common good until peace spreads its white wings over human society. As for within the honorable province, we do not need proof that beneficial projects took place there after it became in full view. We have seen from Sambara happiness like the luxurious state of this happy province, the Resident Minister-General, Monsieur Lessien Shan, and his interest in every useful project and in his movements in the outskirts of the honorable kingdom and his involvement in the field of business himself is proof. In spite of His Excellency’s desire to pave the way for the spread of urbanization and progress that will bring great good to all classes, the residents of the honorable Eyala acknowledge their gratitude to His Excellency and appreciate the hardships he endures in doing so, but great men like him see that there is no comfort except peace of conscience. Among the good deeds of the late year, what caught attention in particular is the demand for knowledge and the crowding of young people to the roses from the west waters, which heralds a prosperous future that increases a generous speck in the crown of the history of the great state of France. As for the city of The prosperous Casablanca had the greatest virtues of the past year, which made it a symbol of the ability of the French personality and the genius of its men, and it became a good example for the hardworking people, which gave it a special significance. Therefore, in the words of all the residents, we extend our warm praise to Your Excellency, Your Excellency, the Comptroller, for the beneficial projects you are providing that are beneficial to this thriving city in terms of psychological assistance, as well as to the man of administration and determination, Mr. Rabois, Mayor of Blida Works. Whose name will remain recorded in the renaissance of this city, immortal with its immortality. His hands, white on white, are unforgettable. We all hope that this coming year will be the beginning of an era full of delights and all kinds of delights, completing the good deeds of the previous one, returning with all happiness and illumination to the magnificent French state and to the honorable and invincible province under the shadow of our total authority. May God bless you and bless the honorable of his life. I hope that His Excellency the Superintendent will have a moist tongue in conveying our congratulations to all of us. To His Excellency the Resident Minister General and to his benefactor, Madam San, our congratulations mixed with our respect for his distinguished person, as well as all the respected men of the government.
