Now, some of the brothers wanted me to write a treatise for him on working with the astrolabe, so I took the initiative... and arranged it into 10 chapters, and the conclusion of the book is the first chapter on terminology. The end of the manuscript: It is the extended shadow of the required height, and we have briefly mentioned the summary of what is needed in working with the astrolabe, and we have left out many things that the timekeeper does not lack, such as the projection of the ray, the transformations of the world’s years, the transformations of the horoscopes of births, and many branches.
