Praise be to God, our beloved, the eminent jurist and the most eminent scholar, my master al-Tayyib bin Al-Yamani. May peace and God’s mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. We have directed the three anchors to the reins of valuing goods according to custom, and here is a copy of them. Your Excellency, with love and peace, on the 4th of Sha’ban in the year 1282 Idris al-Sarraj. Praise be to God and upon our dearest lover, peace and God’s mercy be upon the presence of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And after we have shown the honorable knowledge, may God call him, The reins that were directed and secured by our master Ali and upon love and peace in the history above, Al-Tayyib bin Al-Yamani, may God bless him.
