| Notes | Praise be to God in the presence of his two witnesses, for God’s kindness to them. Hamani bin Sheikh Ahmad Al-Sahraoui summoned the honorable Moulay Taya bin Moulay Omar Al-Ismaili to attend the presence of the jurist, the eminent Pasha, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj, may God protect him from him, with an ax that God has guarded and whose people are trustworthy, so that the decision may take place with him. There, may God bless him, he recorded their dispute. The aforementioned honorable accepted the aforementioned lawsuit and committed to being present with him. There is whoever attended what was mentioned after they witnessed it, knowing his fate. He completed it and recognized it on the ninth of Jumada al-Awwal in the year 1279 |
