| Notes | Praise be to God, the two best and decisive supervisors, the two responsible officers, Mr. Al-Mufaddal Al-Sarraj, and the trustee, Mr. Hajj Ahmed Al-Sharat, testified that they had acquired from the person who represented the payment on behalf of the holder, Sidi Muhammad bin Al-Sayyid Faddoul Bennis, all thirty riyals of what the representative was responsible for by deducting it from the beneficiary of renting the quarter of the Ahbas, as a complete and identifiable possession, and that he who must be acquitted of the possessed equipment was completely acquitted, according to his value, which he testified against them in full and recognized them. They were erected on the fourteenth of Muharram al-Haram in the year 1315 |
