Praise be to God alone and prayers and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and the Messenger of God and his family, our eminent master and jurist, the Pasha, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj. May God grant you success and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you for the best of our Lord, whom God has named. And after its honorable bearer, my Lord, the Chosen One of Hearts, he has been summoned by the honorable Lord, my Lord Al-Siddiq, who was in the past. He complained against His Eminence, our Lord Al-Mu’ayyad Billah, about what he is now claiming against the aforementioned summoner, Fatha, and he wrote, “May God honor you. You ordered me to verify for you the letter of the dispute.” Between them, the petitioner was absent, and since he renewed the lawsuit today, what we know is that our chosen master lived in the disputed house for a period of more than twenty years ago, and he still does so until now. The petitioner has never lived in the zawiya, but his place of residence is in Sidi Qasim Bouamriya, which is in our knowledge and about which you must be informed. With love and peace, 10 Jumada 2 1282, your successor, Hajj Hadd bin Al-Ayashi.
