Notes The beginning of the manuscript: the second side. The gourds are made of painted pottery, and a plug of perforated clay is made underneath them. This plug is on the fire pit, and the gourds are covered of unperforated clay, then a structure like a palanquin is built around them. The end of the manuscript: which is the elixir of whiteness. If they come together, they become one thing, and it is equal to six times the amount of divine water, and peace. The message that Saqif Diyat sent to his son was completed with its perfection, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our Master and Lord Muhammad Place of copying: Zaouia Sidi El Ghazi, Fez.
