Praise be to God alone, after performing what we love, may I be in the position of my lord the Caliph, may God honor him with honor, respect, and beautiful, complete and sustained patronage. It was concluded by the honorable uncle, may God call him, that the owners of the water from the people of Kadan responded to us with all of them, but with what they appointed among them to meet the call to the abode of the obeyed Sharia. Should we give permission to Hajj Muti Asfayra to perform the Sharia with them or whatever the view of our Lord (Al-Batr) requires? Praise be to God and peace be upon you, for the best of our Lord, may God grant him victory. So, raise the issue of water around him. To obey the law and peace on 8 Safar 79 Ahmed, may God grant him success, Amen
