After our runner-up fled from his master, a man of Tetouan, he appointed Mr. Hammad bin Al-Hajj Al-Ayyashi Ibn Yahya to take over his possession, and an informant told him that he was with Al-Arabi Buqaa, who is one of the masters of sight, and according to him, the runner-up must direct him and educate him, then direct the order against the son of Al-Hajj Al-Ayyashi Ibn Yahya, so if the runner-up is this one who was left from His master will possess it if no one who is with him disputes it over it, otherwise the law will recompense them in the calamity and in love and peace.
