Notes Praise be to God. The witnesses of the earthly student, Mr. Al-Tayeb bin the late Mr. Al-Habib Ibn Jalun, and Al-Abar Hajj Muhammad Fatha bin Al-Sheikh Al-Rakb Al-Nabawi, the late Mr. Hajj Al-Talib bin Jalun, and his brother, so-and-so, Mr. Abdul Qadir, Mr. Muhammad bin Al-Hajj Al-Tayeb, and Lieutenant Colonel Al-Hajj Al-Urabi bin Sidi Muhammad Al-Tamkruti, were present with his witnesses, and they testified that they guaranteed that the face of the merchant, Mr. Muhammad bin Al-Habib Al-Gharbi, would be brought before the Sharia Council, the dearest, obeying this Idrisian presence to the fullest extent of his claim with them. The merchant's opponent, Mr. Allal Shalal, is an obligatory guarantor for them. They knew its value and bore witness to it in its entirety, and he knew it. On the fourteenth of Jumada al-Ula in the year one hundred and eighty-seven and two hundred and a thousand. Praise be to God, Hajj Muhammad bin al-Makki al-Filali guaranteed what was guaranteed by the above guarantee and described it, and he fully knew its value and knew it at the above date.
