Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad and his family, our dear and righteous son, the honorable and honorable Minister of Finance, Mr. Al-Tayeb Al-Muqri. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you for the goodness of our master, may God support him. After we received your letter in response to several different offices on the subject, it was necessary to provide a separate answer for each of them to avoid confusion. Note that I encountered the honorable ideas in confusion about the reality in Za’ir, where it was rumored that the French general was determined to attack him, and therefore the honorable letter was issued to us. Which reaches us herewith, we are pleased that the Most High, may God have mercy on him, is affected by these rumours, and you have finalized for the Sharif of the Knowledge of our Most High Lord the letters that were received from us, except for the two letters containing the meetings with the Minister of Finance until he responds to you. He attended the two sessions held with him, and the reason for the delay is that the honorable note regarding the matter of the railway line will not be written outside unless we reach it and it is on our mind. As for the honorable letter in the case of Za’ir, it has arrived, and here is the answer to it, so you can upload it herewith. To Your Noble Majesty, may God preserve her glory. As for the two books whose payment was suspended upon the arrival of the minutes of the two sessions, what they contained is sufficient, as it is a summary of what was received. As for the book containing the honorable note on the railway line, it did not reach us to be of interest. May God perpetuate the glory of our Lord with His blessings and congratulations to all on the honorable life of Amen.
