May God grant you peace and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And after that, when the people of the citadel heard the authority of Sheikh Al-Arabi Talghazi over them, they all got up and went to our master Idris with the intention of paying respect, so we met them on the way and returned them, and here they are at the shrine of Sidi Amr Al-Khattab, because the mayor of the castle is close to the mayor of Talghar, and he died among them. Animosity, enmity, old-fashioned judgement and fighting, and whoever did not carry this to one another, and likewise none of them would carry it, even if they left the city, and perhaps if he were to control them against his will, there would be fear of fighting between them and a return to what was before between them, especially if he sought to arrest one of them in the markets or in other places. And everyone who told you to ask for him and accept him, even if one of them, is pure lies and slander and causes strife, for they wanted their sheikh among them and others, no, and therefore here we have told you why. So that you may be on your mind, and lest something he hates happen, you must speak to the leader about their matter so that he can bring their brother to bear with them, and give him the answers quickly, and do not procrastinate. May God bless you and the brothers. May God grant you peace and blessings from Al-Makki Al-Musawi. May God grant him success and from him. I inform you of Sheikh Al-Tuhami, son of Khadija Al-Sukhirti, who worked in Shaytah with the Bani Ammar and their sense of affection increased. Accordingly, they were kind to them and were mindful of their argument with him.
