Notes Praise be to God. His witnesses, whose names are mentioned, know the anger of his history. They know Muhammad Fatha bin Ali bin Abdullah al-Sharki al-Susi, called Muhammad bin Darwa. He has complete and sufficient knowledge of it, and with it they testify that he assaults the prisoners in this presence, because he was imprisoned with them, seeing them off, using them without pay, and beating them to the point of harm, to the point that none of them would be able to defend himself, out of fear of the Lord of the prison and to avoid distress, and that has been with them since his imprisonment, until the weight of all of that is in their knowledge. At the beginning of some of the issuances, this is repeated from him more than once, and with its contents, their testimony was presented, answering them to those who asked it on the fourteenth of Muharram, the opener of eight and eight hundred and eight, Sidi Muhammad Sidi Muhammad Al-Sharif, Ahmed bin Sidi Muhammad Al-Bashir Al-Sarghini, Al-Bashir bin Al-Makki Al-Hamri Al-Nasiri, Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Najjari, Si Qasim bin Idrisi bin Hammani Al-Zarhouni Al-Sakhrti, Bin Issa bin Muhammad Al-Hayani, Al-Sulaymani Al-Jabri, Hussein bin Alal Al-Filali.
