Praise be to God alone, the exalted position of God, who stands above the limits of God, the successor of our Lord, may God grant him victory, the jurist, Sir Idris al-Sarraj, upon your highest station, and mercy and blessings be upon all your affairs for the good of our Lord, may God support him and may his support last. As for now, sir, you may be aware that the sheep that the barbarians had gone to us have returned to us, and we have a party remaining in them with them, and today here we are, we have taught you to be insightful and know what is hidden from our affairs, for we said they had gone and they had not returned. May God bless you, and we thank God for your assistance to us. May God bless you and yours. The honorable people are all praying for your goodness at the shrine of Sheikh Sidi Abdullah Al-Khayyat, and they wish you goodness. This is what we want from you. May God bless you and preserve you. May your honor and glory last. Service, love, and peace on the 18th of Dhul-Hijjah in the year 1281.
