Citing the prevailing custom of the grocers to pay their price and pay it to those who have a purpose for it, the store has more right to do so than everyone else. Accordingly, if consideration requires their approval of that custom, it is paid to the side of the store, just as the eggs given to the storeroom scale by the storeroom are more worthy of it, especially since it is distributed according to the shares of those who do not initiate it.
