Notes Praise be to God, our beloved and eminent jurist, Sir Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. After that, the teachers asked us about the gilding of the rakabat, whether it should be considered as the highest, middle, or lowest work, and appreciating everyone in his honor, so we must see our Lord’s knowledge of this and inform us of what we are doing. The honorable look and peace. A scale that shows the rakat with this is 1350, and the middle is a balance that should be 1100, and the bottom is a balance that should be 0700. Praise be to God and upon you, may God’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you. Our Lord, may God help him, consulted us about gilding the rakat around him, so he said, “Work on the middle, for the best of matters is middle.” And peace on the 9th of Sha’ban in the year 1274. Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God grant him success.
