Praise be to God for the rent for construction and service 6 and a bank for the repair and circulation of the villagers’ villages 204 and the descending of the contract from the beautiful roof of the sair above, amounting to twenty mithqals and four uqiyahs. It was brought out by the respected overseer, Sidi Muhammad al-Mufaddal al-Sarraj, according to the representation of himself and his partner in the overseers, because he was absent from the overseers of the villagers at the time, so that they would hand it over to the hand of the one who was responsible for it, Ibn al-Habib, and it would be in their journal according to the honorable command. God called him on the fourth Hajj in the year 1316.
