Notes Praise be to God, He has granted the honorable jurist, the most noble and worthy president, Mr. Al-Mufaddal, the son of the Moneim president, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj, from Al-Makri, to him are the honorable ones, my dear sir, and his brother, Sidi Al-Mamoun, the son of Al-Sharif Al-Muneim, Sidi Hammad Al-Munai’i Al-Hassani, and to his brother, Sidi Idris bin Sidi Al-Munai’i Al-Hassani, and to his brother, Sidi Idris bin Sidi Al-Munai’i, and to the protected woman, the lady, the daughter of Al-Ajm Al-Moneim, c. Muhammad Al-Shadid, all the aforementioned narrations and limited to the attached document about what was transferred to God, located at the door of Derb Boubakar, adjacent to Dar Al-Mukrin, for two years. They come from his date with an amount of the amount in each month of the month for the mentioned period, one riyal and a quarter of a riyal. He filed charges for all the rent for the mentioned period, amounting to thirty riyals. He obtained a full and tangible possession from him, so the expensive is not three-tenths of it, and Lamoun does not have eight sections. Sidi Idris has seven sections and the country has one section. They acquitted him of the rent for the entire period mentioned in it, and he reversed and was completely satisfied with the lease, declaring that the aforementioned lessor would not effect any reform or news, and that he would not open for rent and that he would not bequeath the lease contract to others. They knew its value, attested to it in full, and the men knew it, the woman knew it sufficiently, and it was recorded at the end of Safar Al-Khair in the year one thousand and three hundred and seventeen. Praise be to God, the above-mentioned Al-Maktari bought from those who plotted for him. There are all the mentioned and limited narrations mentioned above for a period of two years, which comes after the completion of the above period at the expense of one riyal and a quarter of a riyal in each month of the aforementioned period. The aforementioned Al-Maktari received all thirty riyals due to them in the aforementioned period in full and in-kind possession, and each one of them acquired what he deserved. According to the story and the preference above, and they absolved him of the period mentioned therein, and the landlord decided and was completely satisfied with the lease. The aforementioned landlord stated that he would not make any repairs or be smart, and that he would not open a window for her, and that he would not entrust the lease to someone else. They knew his worth, and he testified against them that he knew enough of the situation he knew about the woman and trusted him on the 12th of mid-Shawwal in the year three hundred and seventeen thousand. Praise be to God, the above landlord was rented from the honorable master, Sidi Al-Mamoun, one of them. The above two quantities are all eighteen weighted, except for eight who went bankrupt from Mithqal al-Arwa above for a period of eighteen six coming after the expiration of the above period with an obligation amounting to it in each month of the aforementioned obligatory period of eight mithqals.
