Notes The beginning of the manuscript: This method is attributed to Sheikh Sidi Dhu al-Nun al-Masry, may God Almighty have mercy on him. He took a portion of boiled egg whites, a portion of eagle, a portion of white alum, and a portion of gunpowder salt. The end of the manuscript: From 3 to 7, it is cast on the 75th of the pure moon, bringing out a perfect sun and peace. This matter is attributed to my master Dhul-Nun al-Masri, who taught it to him, Ja`far al-Sadiq, may God be pleased with everyone.
