Notes The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who revealed His clear Book to His truthful and trustworthy Messenger (...) Questions began to come to us from the horizons, thinking that the name of the jurist was his place, so it was necessary to help them, and necessity forced me to search for what they wanted of calamities and to exert effort in obtaining answers to them, and I did not allow my labor in that to go away for free, so I recorded what happened to me, by the grace of God Almighty, from that research, and I wanted to collect it so that I would have a reminder, and for someone in need like me, an insight. End of the manuscript: He was asked about the cemetery if it was narrow and there was land next to it as a hermitage. Is it permissible to sell the hermitage to expand the cemetery or not? He replied: Imam Al-Mutaiti said: It is permissible to sell the hermitage to expand the congregational mosque, and also to expand the cemetery, and to widen the road, and God Almighty knows best. He was asked about confinement if the confinement became extinct and returned to the relatives of the confinement (...) He replied: Imam Ibn al-Qasim said: If the confinement is extinct from them and the confinement is returned to the daughters of the confinement and the clan, then if the confinement expands, then it is among them, and if it becomes narrow, then the daughters have more right to it, and God Almighty knows best. It ended, thank God Almighty. Font type: Moroccan
