Notes
Praise be to God And may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master and our master Muhammad and his family, our master, the most glorious leader, the happiest president, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj, peace and God’s mercy be upon you, for the best of our master, may God grant him victory. And after that, a man from our cousins had stolen the Rabia of our grandfather, Si Ali bin Hamdush, and when they searched for him, we found that he was the one who stole the clothing for the saint mentioned above, and when he was imprisoned with you in the past, and he was released because we did not verify him. And today we have verified it without any doubt or completion, for he is the one who stole it and sold it for eighty mithqals, and today here we are, imprisoning him with a broom at the hands of the leader Muhammad, and his Lord, with a whip, and here we are, traveling to fulfill the purpose of Beni Zeroual. Beware of discharging our master until our letter comes to you. The oppressor is more deserving of the burden. By God, he deserved the ultimate punishment, and do not help him in his upbringing. May God reward you on our behalf and on the Muslims with goodness and for the love of our master. Peace be upon you. 14 Jumada al-Thani, 1282 Your beloved Abd Rabbuh Muhammad al-Hafyan, may God bless him and the Muslims, Amen.
