Notes
Praise be to God, for the permission of the one whom God must protect, on the lips of his helper, Moulay Ahmad Al-Alawi. His two witnesses, may God protect them through him, saw a man in the prison of this Idrisian city. He called himself Muhammad bin Abd al-Malik al-Hajji al-Barda’i. He was in pain, his clothes were stained with blood, and the right front of his head had a wound the size of two and a half fingertip, bleeding from the skin and bleeding from the flesh. His martyrs asked him who had done to him that deed that a rational person would not often do to himself, so he mentioned that yesterday he was selling. Sheep at Bab al-Fath, then Hajj Muhammad bin Haddou, his father Abd al-Salam, Ahmad, and his brother’s three sons, then their name is known, bought one sheep from him in the aforementioned store, and they quarreled with him and pleaded for him the provisions of the store until they reached his word, and they attacked him and beat him with the severity of the blow described, and they took from him all sixty riyals, and took from him all sixty riyals of Fransises. If God destined his death, the men mentioned are those who took his blood and were believed to be among them. Whoever saw what was mentioned with permission and heard what was mentioned, then whoever mentioned it while he was in the condition. The one described in the aforementioned place was registered on the ninth Hajj on the day of Arafah, and on the ninth Hajj he suffered two hundred and eighty-six and a thousand before justifying a mail that was authenticated. Praise be to God. The plaintiff Kasra testified that he saw the defendants around him as a complete and general innocence, coming from all the demands of all of everything attributed to the dhimmi about him from the wound and the waiting period around him, and that led to his killing before Bariya became clear of the aforementioned father’s presence around him and his approval of that according to the custom of his destiny that is attested by him in full from the rain in the condition that we are from the father from the plaintiff. In the situation described and in its true history around it
