Notes Praise be to God, when the two justices, Mr. Al-Makki Al-Zawan and Mr. Muhammad bin Al-Muqaddim Hadoun Al-Rifi, testified to their knowledge of the marabout, Mr. Muhammad bin Muhammad Al-Hamami, and his ownership of the country located. Sidi Youssef’s possession of the boat near this Idrisiya corner with its borders restricted by the aforementioned certificate drawing. The aforementioned Mr. Muhammad Al-Hajjami sold the country to others. The dispute is within the aforementioned borders in the hands of the seller and the buyer of it, male. He asked the two witnesses of the aforementioned estate to take possession of the aforementioned country within its borders, in the presence of two notaries, who lifted the dispute and ended the dispute. The two witnesses mentioned were present before his witnesses, may God protect him, and I bear witness to whichever of them completely retracted the aforementioned testimony and invalidated its ruling forever. Their right now defines its limits as mentioned, and their inability to possess what was mentioned due to the length of the covenant between them and their knowledge of what was mentioned, attested by those who bore witness to it and three hundred and knew it. On the fourteenth of Shawwal al-Fitr in the year two hundred and ninety-nine and a thousand servants of his Lord, praise be to God alone who knows of its validity, not to mention the scholar, the judge of the community, Abdul His Lord, Glory be to Him
