Notes Praise be to God, I bear witness to the righteous Hajj Muhammad Fatha bin Abd al-Salam al-Salawi that he absolved the precious boy, bin al-Hajj al-Ghouti al-Tilmisani, from all demands and all consequences and from the beating he inflicted on the daughter of the aforementioned scene, as a virtue of what preceded before its date, with a complete, comprehensive, absolute, general exoneration that is not followed by a resurrection, whether long or short, acknowledging that he has nothing left before him, neither small nor great, nor a rightful demand in all respects, as a full testimony and acknowledgment that recognized his destiny and testified against it in its entirety. He recognized him on the seventh of Shawwal Al-Abrak in the year seventy-eight, with one hundred and two hundred and one thousand
