Notes	Praise be to God alone And may God’s blessings be upon our Master Muhammad and his family, the sheikhs of Banu Ammar. May God grant you success, peace, and may God’s mercy be upon you, on behalf of the best of our Lord, may God grant him victory. Its bearer is Al-Muhtasib Al-Arabi bin Al-Arabi bin Abdul Salam, his leader, and his son. A letter has been sent to us regarding them from Dar Al-Makhzen advising them, so they must enjoin good upon them and do not burden them with what is not obligatory upon them, such as zakat, tithes, and other matters. The Sultanate and whoever accuses them of harm will be punished, God willing, on the 24th of Rajab in the year 1284. Idris Al-Sarraj, may God protect him.
