Notes	Praise be to God, the student merchant, Mr. Al-Harti bin the late, with the generosity of God Almighty, bought Sayyid Muhammad bin Jelloun from Al-Makri, the jurist, the earthly stationer, the eloquent orator of Sidi Boujida bin Al-Faqih, the scholar, the blessing, the late, with the generosity of God, and God Almighty, Sir Abdel-Kabir Al-Fatihi, all the lights behind the honorable blessing, the late Moulay Al-Tayeb Al-Dabbagh, the leader at the head of Al-Qulaya next to the honorable Iraqis, to settle in the year of his history, a Bujiba deal, estimated for the aforementioned year as twenty-four. A weight for one of his servants, Yudia, by virtue of the solution and his request to a needle except the truth, and he hearted and was satisfied with a complete lease for it. He witnessed the sale of it in its entirety and on behalf of Al-Makri and appointed the lease on the twenty-first of Jumada Al-Awwal in the year ninety-six and two hundred and a thousand. Praise be to God, the luck of the righteous, Hajj Muhammad bin Al-Sayyid Al-Arab, Farah Al-Ansri, the honorable representative, Moulay Masoud Al-Dabbagh, and witnesses. He brought the lease deal that occurred on Manouba in the lease above, and he acquired it due to the lease. The amount of it is eleven mithqals and two ounces, and it is fully recognized, and the one who made it must be reparable, as the just jurist Si Tahir admitted to the end of Al-Makri above that he fulfilled the duty of the one who made it, and eleven mithqals and two ounces reached what they knew its value since it was upon him. He comes and knows it, and on the morrow of the above date, the right son of Moulay Al-Tayeb
