The beginning of the manuscript: In the name of God, the Most Gracious (...) These are current issues according to the well-known doctrine of Imam Abu Abdullah Malik bin Anas, may God have mercy on him, from what the noble sheikh, Imam Abu Ali Omar bin Al-Qaddah, may God have mercy on him, be pleased with him, and benefit from it. Issue: The muezzin does not give the call to prayer while he is in a state of ritual impurity, even if he is outside the mosque.
End of the manuscript: Question: Yahya Ibn Omar was asked about lice and fleas falling into food, dying in it, then leaving it or remaining in it. Is that food eaten or not? Yahya said: There is no harm in eating it (...) The issues have been completed, praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may God’s blessings be upon our Lord Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets.
