Praise be to God. His two witnesses headed from it. May God grant him the company of the two honorable nobles, Mulab Al-Arabi bin Al-Sharif, Al-Baraka Al-Khair, my lord Al-Tayeb Al-Dabbagh Al-Hasani and the student, my lord Idris bin Al-Sharif Al-Afdal, my lord Abdul Al-Rahman Al-Shafshawani, and it is said, “Whoever comes, may God protect him, the knowledgeable.” He comes out of the grains. And the amount of what comes out of each rare thing separately. And the secretary, the merchant, Hajj Abd al-Majid ibn al-Marhum al-Hajj Fati Ibn Shaqroun, to Madshar Masawat al-Masruqah above, in the area of Zarhun, Juqa al-Sharifat, mentioned above. It appears to them, based on the evidence of their consideration and the proof of their knowledge and what I have learned, that what is obligatory for each one of the above is wheat and barley in it. The one whose name is decreed above is gathered from wheat eight wasqs and forty-four mudds, and from barley two shanks of similarity and seventeen mudds, strengthening the hospitality of righteousness and righteousness from those who heard from the two nobles what was mentioned and absorbed from them the brilliance of development according to what was mentioned in the minutes of the aforementioned secretary, he recorded it as a witness to it and they fully knew his worth, bearing witness to it and they completely knowing his worth and he made it known to them, and in the middle of Safar in the year one thousand two hundred and seventy-nine.
