The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God. A copy of the royal decree was mentioned in the Official Gazette of the Moroccan State dated 23 Safar 1363 = 18 February 1944 of the 33rd year under number 1634, which reads: Praise be to God alone, an honorable royal decree regarding the organization of the Sharia courts in the honorable province.
End of the manuscript: It was written in Rabat on Dhu al-Hijjah 20, 1364, corresponding to November 26, 1945. This honorable royal decree was registered in the Grand Ministry on Safar 4, corresponding to January 9, 1945. Muhammad al-Muqri reviewed it and authorized its publication. Rabat, November 26, 1945, Minister Plenipotentiary accredited to the General Residence, Leon Marshall. I finish.
