Praise be to God, the servant of our master, the most begotten, the leader, Muhammad ibn Talib. May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. If Hajj Muhammad’s son was his to complain to our master, he came to us asking us to speak to you regarding some of the Balgha [meaning the mules] that he drove and wanted to go out, and you prevented him from going out due to a Mawlawi’s order. So know that the matter is up to the one who takes it to Egypt and Oujda, and it is a special method for it. As for the method of the countryside animals, they only travel in their country and do not reach any other country with them. Especially since they spent their money in it, if you seek this number, then it is justifiable and they are on the side of the aforementioned Hajj Muhammad, and he is the most beloved of people to us and among the closest of our servants, and there is no obligation on you in this, but rather just mediation, if you are careful, and God will help you. Al-Abbas, may God be kind to him.
