Notes Praise be to God, the superintendent of Al-Qarawiyyin and all the mosques and schools at that time, namely the trustworthy student and owner of the land, Sir Al-Mufaddal bin Al-Hadi, the late Al-Muneim, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj, and the trustworthy student, the merchant Al-Murtada, Sir Al-Hajj Ahmed Al-Sharat, testify that they acquired from the student-holder, Sir Muhammad, the late Sayyed Fadul Bannis, all thirty-six riyals as a complete and tangible possession, and that was on his behalf in the payment, and he was completely acquitted by the one who loved his innocence from the aforementioned possessor, and they knew his value in full. He recognized them and established them during the 28th Hajj of Hajj in the year 1314
