Praise be to God, the love of the eminent jurist, Sir Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, with the presence of our master, may God grant him victory. After the letter of the commander, Ahmed Al-Himyar, arrived regarding the thief of the servant, we found what was intended for him. Know that the servant was captured in the hands of both the old and the young, and both of them were from the Hayyina. And with them was a third accomplice who the commander Faraji wrote to us about, and we directed it to him because he was one of his dependents, and the servant was truly lifted in full, and we have no purpose or desire in any of God’s creation, so your consideration is required. You release them, we release them, and with love and peace Muhammad Ibn Talib, may God grant him success. Praise be to God, peace be upon you, and the mercy and blessings of God Almighty. We have learned what you mentioned about him, and so we have no purpose in looking at you except that the older of them is speechless, and we will answer him by saying that the runner-up was captured in the hand of the older and the younger together to cut off our need, and peace be upon him.
