The beginning of the manuscript: Denying the claim against them. If one person claims against another person for a house that it is his or that he owes him a debt from a transaction, then he denies that the house entered into his ownership in any way, and that the one who dealt with it owed it, then the plaintiff proves that with evidence, so the other proves that he bought it from him, and that he paid him a debt in a transaction, so his daughter will not be heard after his denial in the correct statement.
The end of the manuscript: His statement: It is possible to isolate him; That is, the agent has the right to remove him whenever he wants, just as he has the right to disengage from the agency and isolate himself whenever he wants, except for a large number of agents, for they do not isolate themselves, so there is no dismissal (...) since he sat in three sessions, so he does not dissolve the agency after removing himself, and his client does not remove him, the situation is that there is no excuse.
