Notes Praise be to God alone. The servant of our earthly master, Commander Idris al-Sarraj. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you. For the goodness of our Lord, may God support him. After that, the servant of our master, the commander, Muhammad bin Ahmad al-Shibli, wrote that the sons of al-Hajj camped in the country where there was a dispute between the Banu Saden and the Moravids, the Abd al-Lawians, even though it was imposed on everyone, and that the landing of the sons of al-Hajj without reason might be a cause of strife between them and the Banu Sadin, so they must be deported from it and threatened with punishment if they returned to settle there before it was ruled upon. Sharia for anyone and peace on the 4th of Shawwal in the year 1279                      Ahmed, may God grant him success, Amen
