Praise be to God alone, our love, the great jurist, the leader and the most uplifting, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj. May God protect you and take care of you, and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you for the goodness of our master, may God support him and grant him victory. After that, the honorable Sidi Al-Abbas bin Sidi Allal Al-Dabbagh complained to our master, may God support him, and that he had a claim against the honorable Muhammadans regarding an inheritance. He asked to plead it with them to the judge and jurist, Mr. Omar Al-Randi, accepting that no claim had been filed with them at all, so our master, may God support him, responded to him when he asked and he agreed. So he addressed his opponents and brought them up with him to the law before the aforementioned judge, and with love and peace, on the 4th of Muharram, which reached the year 1288, Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God grant him success.
