Notes Praise be to God, the honorable jurist, beloved and learned man, Moulay Idris bin Sharif, the jurist, the most honorable, the most just, and the late, with the generosity of the Almighty, Sir Muhammad Al-Alawi Al-Muhammadi Al-Hasani, known as Al-Sakuri, bought from the seller Bujanan Ibn Al-Hasani Al-Nakadi all the benefits of the house around him for a price of ten mithqals. The seller received from the aforementioned buyer and all the price was a complete receipt. He inspected whoever cleared it from everyone, and he saw and the aforementioned buyer took complete ownership according to the Sunnah in that, and the reference for that is after Predominance and satisfaction, as is required, were known as his value, attested to them in full, and the buyer was recognized as the seller. On the twenty-third of Sha`ban in the year seventy, with one hundred and two hundred and one thousand, praise be to God, Bujanan bought from Al-Hussein Al-Nakadi Al-Mansouri from the seller, Ahmed bin Muhammad bin Al-Hashimi Al-Jazouli Al-Sharat, a harfah of all the benefits of the first six on the right of the interior, according to the Al-Sabain School opposite the Al-Andalus Mosque, which the aforementioned seller had bought from Hajj Ahmed Al-Ibrahimi for a price of five mithqals of dirhams. Its date is when the seller received from the buyer, by his confession and release, the first of the six, and that is the reference to the real estate, and he overturned and was satisfied with the custom of his value, which he witnessed as much as he could and recognized them, and the blessed eleventh of Sha’ban in the year seventy in the month of Muwahidah, two hundred and one thousand.
