Notes
Praise be to God, our beloved jurist, the best, the best, the best, the most noble, Sir Muhammad Gharit. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the best of our Lord, may God support him. Then, our Lord Al-Mansour, by God, gave Hajj Muhammad Al-Turki permission to gather the military here and learn it, and no one should be forced to enter it. Rather, whoever willingly wants to enter it, and whoever does not, may not, and we have commanded him to support him in that, and he said, “May God support him. They will all be in the well-known place where the military was before, so we love you to read the flag of our Lord the Caliph.” May God bless him with your help to order for him the key to the Qashla prepared for this and with love and peace 2 Qada in the year 1279 Idris al-Sarraj, may God protect him, which is located between Fez al-Bali and Fez al-Jadid. Praise be to God alone and upon you, the most complete and kindest peace and blessings be upon the goodness of our Master, may God support him and grant him victory. After we saw our Lord the Caliph, may God bless him, with what you mentioned about him regarding the paid army gathered at the hands of Hajj Muhammad al-Turki and the prepared Qashla. And the order came out to pay him their key, so he paid it to him, and with love and peace in history, Muhammad Gharit, may God protect him, and if the qishla lacked the repair of the trustworthy person’s ax by the one who is in charge of it, it is valid in its entirety.
