Notes Praise be to God alone                       and may God’s blessings be upon our Lord Muhammad and his family, the earthly jurist, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj, may God continue to be with you, and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. After we investigated the matter of the man who was arrested there, we found the child. He went to the man’s loved one and stuffed him with it. Where he found it, he took the spring for him and perhaps beat him, and when he came crying to his father, they inflicted on him what they called insolence, even flogging and imprisonment because The man with his children, and to him we did not know anything about him of what they accused him of. Rather, the reason for that was taking the spring, so he lost it, and we did not know any of that in order to explain it beyond the need, but since we saw that they were serious about that, we directed them to you to examine their claim. And whoever was unjust, you take from him the right of the oppressed, and you deal with him as God has shown you, then that is what is obligatory. If he was unjust, then that is his reward, and if he was wronged according to what appeared to us from researching his matter, then God takes his right from them. They wronged him. This is what you must inform of, and we would like, with the full grace of our master, to release him alone. May God bless you and the love of our master. Peace be upon you. May God bless you and grant you peace. May God grant him success. May God grant him success.
