Praise be to God alone And may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad and his family. After I reviewed the letter of the Ministry, No. 10967, in response to what Your Excellency wrote regarding the fence that separated the courtyard of the Secretary-General, Mr. Tayeb Al-Muqri, and the courtyard of the corner of Sidi Abdelkader Al-Fassi and the sons of Buraydah, and I ordered that Your Excellency, your deputy, his clerk, and his deputy stand at the same place separating the two gates. The Secretary, the jurist, the Minister, Mr. Abdullah Al-Fassi, the masters of sight, and the masters of insight and others mentioned in the matter that I directed and what they agreed upon, that it is in the interest, and the two justices make it a testimony and its direction. The company of the masters of sight other than the witnesses in the previous obligation was directed with the two deputy ministers, the minister, the supervisor of the corner, and the justice of the overseers. And what the ministry ordered of re-standing and expressing the opinion that is in the interest ends for them, so they all have what is intended, and what I witnessed with each one of the mentioned is a restriction on it, and here is the testimony of that that reaches you. As for my opinion in The question is the building of that wall, because leaving it as it is is harmful and a waste of money if it is covered with a blockage, and it is not considered an impedimental structure, and in renewing it every year, money and construction are lost. If it is made and built on it, its owner will rest in welcome from the walls and confine his place to this. Look at what is special and its eternity, and say to the masters of sight to whom it is raised in such matters, for every craft is asked about by its masters, and to the ministry, may its glory last with wide-sightedness, and love and peace on the 22nd of Hajj al-Haram in the year 1338
