Notes Praise be to God, for the permission of the one whom God should protect and guide, through the tongue of his most eminent helper, Hajj Al-Abar, his two witnesses, may God protect them with his grace, the honorable Sidi Abdel Rahman bin Sharif, Sidi Bennasser Boutaleb Al-Hassani, and on his right head, a wound as large as a fingertip, the surface of the skin dripping with blood, and some of his clothes were stained with it, while he was in pain. He was asked who did that to him, and he answered that Sidi Muhammad and Idriss, the son of Hajj Muhammad bin Al-Tayeb Al-Sabti. As for the evil act at the shrine of Sidi Ali Abu Ghalib wanted to prevent her from doing that, so he approached her with an iron knife that was with her in the face of injustice and aggression. If God decreed that the objections should be taken with it, they must both proceed with it. So whoever sees who he mentioned as he mentioned and heard from him what he mentioned, he will record it as a witness against him for the permission mentioned on the tongue of whomever he mentioned, and they are fully aware of his full amount of humiliation and from the claimant, he has a large term for what he mentioned, and they know that they will be appointed to Aoun on the twenty-third of the argument, eighty-six and two hundred and a thousand. The servant of his Lord, praise be to God. Al-Sharif and Sayyid Abd al-Rahman bin Sidi Bennasser Boutaleb, the plaintiff, testified that Mr. Muhammad and Idris, the defendants, absolved him of the dhimmiyah around him and especially from all the pastoralists, all of which were subject to the dhimmiyyah around him, with a complete, comprehensive, absolute, general absolution after which there is no follow-up or resurrection, whether long or short. The defendants also testified that they acquitted him, and they absolved with him al-Hajj Abd al-Karim ibn al-Muallem, al-Sayyid al-Hajj Muhammad al-Jarni, and al-Sayyid Muhammad ibn al-Hajj al-Karnaisi, with the same type of acquittal mentioned, that they knew his fate attested to them. In the field of prison, they prolonged the aforementioned and informed them of the report of the aforementioned Sheriff’s father and his agreement on the twenty-fifth of the Sacred Hajj in the year one thousand two hundred and eighty-six.
