Praise be to God alone, our earthly lover and leader, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. After that, we must prepare for us an explanation of the case of the murder of Moulay Ahmed Bouqantar, because his family has returned to complain against the presence of our exalted Lord in God, asking for retribution for the perpetrators of the crime. You told us before that some of the perpetrators were arrested, some fled, and some took ihram at the shrine of our Lord Idris. So tell us who was arrested, who was in ihram, and who escaped, and he explained to us. The truth of the case and its cause is a satisfactory explanation. We asked those of his family who were speaking about him whether there was a dhimmi support or not, so he clarified and expressed two words, one of which was not on the tongue of the perpetrator and the other on the tongue of another, perhaps he had an injury to him, so he told us the truth of all of that and how the condition of the murdered person was.
