Praise be to God, the distinguished Hajj Ali bin the late merchant, Hajj Abdul Ghani bin Makhlouf Al-Andalusi, bears witness that he absolved his cousin, the land merchant, Hajj Muhammad bin Hajj Muhammad Bani, in it, from all demands, lawsuits, and liabilities in general, which are due to the different assets from his father, in whole and in part, and to buying and selling, and what is due to the matter, the agencies and representatives on his behalf in disposing of what was inherited to him from his aforementioned father, which occurred before he sold it all to the aforementioned acquitter, a boy, and after him, in what he received from him. It is his duty from the price of the neck of the gharsha and the molar that are in the Qalqalians, and all the demands and rights in their entirety, such that he has no right left over him, whether small or great, and every clear evidence and drawing has been dropped from him. This is due to identifying the assets or disposing of the mind and the majority due to his confession that he has achieved all of that and there is no right left over him from the rights after his admission that he knew the amount and amount of that, such that there is no secret or ignorance left with him, and that he is among what he claimed, so his claim is invalid and his argument is refutable. There is no work on him or attention to him in any way, and from what he has established he claims proof or a call to a call that was, there is no action on it whether he knew of it or not, and the clear proofs of God and the reasons for issuance were dropped from him, and the faith directed to action was suspended in what is due to what was mentioned, he confesses and bears witness that he still maintains the acquittal that was issued by him before the aforementioned acquittal, and he also renewed this acquittal. He recognized its value and witnessed it in its entirety and recognized it on the seventeenth of Rabi’ al-Thani in the year one hundred and eighty-one and one thousand Muhammad ibn Muhammad.
