Praise be to God, the only one who knows its author, may God forgive him for it, is the man Al-Hussein bin Muhammad bin Al-Hajj Al-Sanhaji, with a complete knowledge that is sufficient to legislate upon it, and with it he bears witness to this for a period of more than ten years, and he has lived in Zarhun in the corner of Maulana Idris Al-Akbar, the light of God, a shrine in the district of Khaybar, and he does not know that he moved from the mentioned district to reside in another, until now in his knowledge he is covered by the proximity and knowledge, and he recorded it as a witness to his questioner on the third of Rajab Al-Fard in the year eighty-six.
