Praise be to God, the date of its date was given to Al-Hari Al-Saeed, Abu Al-Jund, from the barley gathered to the high side, by God, at the hands of the firm earthly trustee, the determined officer, Al-Murtaza, the student, Al-Sayyid Al-Tahir Al-Sarraj, on the 23rd of Safar, dated from the land of Fez Al-Ulia, one hundred and eight tides, here and so on..... 108 of which on the 24th of it is a hundred and sixty-eight tides 168 and of which on the 25th of it is ninety-six tides 096 and of which in 27 of it is ninety-six mudd 096 and of it in 29 of it there are sixty in the middle of the two mudds such and such....060 in all five hundred madds and twenty-eight muds are such and such 528 and on the 29th of Safar above in the year 1313 Abd Rabbuh Alal bin Makhlouf, may God grant him peace... Muhammad bin Al-Arabi Barada, may God protect him.
