Praise be to God for the permission of the one he loves, may God protect him and cherish him, through the mouth of his Aoun, Almorabet Ibn Zakour, and his witnesses in his history were farmers who were familiar with the irrigated and other towns and the damage caused to them by the arduous waterways in them and on top of them and in what rises. And whoever is responsible for that, and the price goes back to them in knowing that, they stood before its date by about two months or more on the major towns known to the eminent jurist, the Grand Vizier, Sidi Ahmed bin Al-Faqih, the Holy Vizier, Sidi Musa, which is located in Khaulan outside the neighboring Bab Al-Fath. Bab al-Safafrah and the country of Ibn Zakri, so they looked at it completely and went around it a comprehensive and general tour, so they filled it with one valley with water from the guarded stream, and the reason for that was that the masters of the sewers there poured water on it from a torrent, as well as damage, and with what it rose and who it would happen to, it appeared to them, with the evidence of their consideration and the proof of their knowledge and what their diligence led to, that it remained like this from obvious harm and it would not be removed except by imagining the great and difficult perfume between the mentioned country and the country of Ibn Rahmoun and it became a solid state. To the border separating it from Ibn Zakri, and it came between the aforementioned border to Wadi Sebu, and that this would happen to the towns who benefited from the Saqiyat al-Mahrousa. They said that and testified to it and its place. You saw them responsible for them at the end of Jumada II in the year three hundred and sixteen thousand. The honorable Sidi al-Madani bin Sidi Muhammad al-Iraqi, the farmer al-Murabit Sidi al-Hassan bin Sidi Ahmed al-Abdalawi, the farmer al-Hajj al-Ta’i bin Sidi Muhammad al-Saffar al-Hajj Abd al-Salam bin al-Ayyashi ibn Zakri, take it, and the dhimmi directed him. For his obligation and he performed for him the Setfar count of the Rai’i among them. Praise be to God. I bear witness to the eminent jurist, the learned scholar, the best judge of the community in the presence of Fez Al-Idrisiyya, and he is Ahmed, may God Almighty honor him. With the above drawing proven, he has full proof of his duty, and God Almighty preserved him in a way that is loved for him, as mentioned in the history above.
