Notes: We only have the second part of this edition available, and it is stated at the end of the book: “...and then this venerable footnote was printed (...) by the Al-Fassi Press (...) under the authority of its custodian (...) the teacher Al-Tayeb Al-Azraq and the honorable Sayyid (...) Hussein bin Sidi Muhammad Al-Dabbagh Al-Hassani.” The partnership of “Al-Tayeb Al-Azraq and Al-Hussein bin Muhammad Al-Dabbagh (died 1326 AH/1908 AD)” is understood in the context of the transition of the lithographic printing press from a government institution to an individual institution (compare: Muhammad Al-Manouni, Manifestations of the Awakening of Modern Morocco, vol. 1, pp. 272-273. Fawzi Abdel Razzaq, The Kingdom of the Book, pp. 214-215. Latifa Al-Kanduz, Printing and Publishing in Morocco, p. 126). |
