Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad and his family, our righteous son, the honorable minister, Mr. Al-Tayeb Al-Muqri, may God bless you with the presence of our Lord, may he live long. We have received your letter that you briefed the knowledgeable honorable man, whom God called, on the case of Al-Abbas Al-Sousi, one of the justices of Marsa, the mouth of Tetouan, and what he committed of forging a book on the trustees in their form, so he perpetuated his crime by dismissing the man and executing an honest investigation against him, and it became of us foolishness, so we complied with the honorable matter. On that day, we wrote to the governor of the border to arrest him, just as we wrote to the trustees that the second justice would take his place until the honorable janitor appointed for them, may God bless him over the last. We also wrote to the predecessor administration as required by the honorable consideration of the man to take the place of the deposed person, according to what is in the letter of ambassadors added according to the five predecessors in the year 1910, and we reminded them to lift another restriction on the appointment of the third justice in Tangier, succeeding the previously deceased, with a restriction on the appointment of the two chiefs of Marsa Thaghar. Casablanca and Tetouan, after We made them referable to all of them with a number of books for them in that regard, and We informed you that you would be the honorable janitor. May God bless him through all of this with care, and the most sincere peace be upon you. The tenth Hajj 1329 Muhammad Al-Muqri, may God grant him success.
