Notes Praise be to God, his martyrs went on the day of his history to the house of the Sherif, Mr. Ahmed bin Allal Al-Wardi, and he saw the face of the woman, Tama bint Al-Tayeb Al-Khanduqi, accompanied by the daughter of her aforementioned husband’s house, and her clothes between her legs were stained with obscene blood. And Sayyid Omar, is she responsible for that? She answered him with her tongue, that Mr. Muhammad bin Al-Jalali Al-Tohamy hit her in the stomach by kicking her in the void, with a full kick, as the perpetrator quarreled with her aforementioned husband, and the morning rose and she left her house, denying that. And he struck her in the face of injustice and transgression, and then he brought her aforementioned husband with three women who were from the caravans who were knowledgeable about the circumstances, and they were the woman Aisha bint al-Sayyid Muhammad ibn Haj Omar of lineage, the woman Khadija bint al-Arabi al-Janadi, and the woman Khadija the wife of ibn Haj al-Qayadi. His two martyrs received from them two testimonies that he fully knew the aforementioned woman and sold her testifying that the aforementioned blood came out of her wound and the gene that was in her stomach had been inherited for months or more and was not safe. For the aforementioned blow, as the two martyrs of the aforementioned woman testified against herself, that if death befalls her or the genie in her womb, then the person responsible for it is the master Muhammad and his uncle Muhammad ibn al-Attabi, who were responsible and accountable and received insurance of a certain amount, which this was attested to and completed by them, and was sufficiently known about them on the ten days of Rabi’ al-Awwal of the Prophet in the year two hundred and eighty-two and a thousand servants of his Lord, Most High.
