Notes Praise be to God, when the eminent and honorable jurist, Sidi Muhammad bin Al-Sayyid Al-Jilali Al-Khabali, bought and inherited the late Hajj Muhammad bin Bushti Al-Lali all the agricultural lands located in Ain Al-Karmous from the farms of the sons of Alian, a group of Al-Hayaina, and he volunteered for them to be dismissed for a specified period of ten years, and the date of the sale was recorded according to the testimony of his two martyrs, and they bear witness to it, and he continued to dispose of it until he sold it to Amr bin Bushti Al-Hayani, Al-Hajji Al-Mahnaoui, and he continued to dispose of it as well. He resided for them there with the testimony of those mentioned, as he mentioned, and he committed to bringing his purchase fee so that he could collect what came out with a commitment necessary for him, and the heirs of those mentioned accepted. Then the jurist, the landowner, Sidi Muhammad ibn al-Faqih al-Mu’dib al-Baraka, the Holy, Mr. Hajj Ahmad al-Wadi, came and bought, on behalf of the honorable person, the land amount, Sidi Muhammad ibn al-Sharif al-Muneim, my lord, the weighty witness, for a price and an appraiser from the woman, Lal Khadouj, daughter of the aforementioned Hajj Muhammad ibn Bushti, in all the aforementioned countries. With what it contained of olives and other things, a deal for what he shared with her at a price of four hundred and fifty riyals, with the benefits of that, his mortgages, and all of his rights, a complete, permissible, and complete purchase, with no condition, no fold, or option, for a price of four hundred and fifty riyals, of which one hundred riyals I took possession of and promised. Whoever shared it in the mentioned countries according to the obligatory duty therein, took full and tangible possession of it, and I released him from him (such), and the remainder, amounting to three hundred riyals, was paid. One thousand and fifty riyals, I gave him permission to pay the aforementioned Amr bin Bushti, and they obtained the fee from him in full, so that the sale could be recorded in it according to its legal basis. Whoever testified to that, against the one who mentioned his record as a witness to it in the middle of the Hajj of the year three hundred and twenty-six, and a thousand rights, except for the purchase of the aforementioned Amr Abd Rabbo... Al-Hasani, may God be kind to him, Amin. Praise be to God, after receiving the honorable Mr. Muhammad bin Qaddour Al-Kalali in the country above, by confessing to what (amputation), I testify that he took that. With the pre-emption due to him, full testimony, then the buyer presented the above and his testimony was that he enabled him to do so and that he received from him the period that he paid above, full testimony, knowing his value, he testified against them in full, and he recognized the second, known as the first, in the history above, Abd Rabbuh..... May God be gracious to him, Amen.
