Praise be to God alone May God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad and his family, our master the jurist the Pasha, my master Idris al-Sarraj, may God grant you success and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you for the best of our Lord, whom God has named and honors his command. And after we have received your letter regarding the invitation of the sons of Buyahya, in which you ordered me to bring the notables of the country and cite them in the case of the prisoners, according to what they taught them and what they testified to. We inform you. I have brought some of them (amputations) due to the separation that occurred between the sons of Buyahya and the families of the prisoners because they I brought them, and their opinions agreed that they went to the home of the sons of Bu Yahya to intercede with them for the prisoners. They accepted their intercession and forgave the prisoners, except for the oath only. And here is the drawing of the righteous with what was mentioned, and it will reach you, and you must be informed of it, and for the love of our master. Peace and blessings be upon you, 8 Ramadan 1282, your successor, Hajj Hadd bin Al-Ayyashi.
